Bens Cat Drawing No.2
Bens Cat was one of the first horses that I drew after going to Laurel Park Park for the 30th Maryland Million last year. At that time, Bens Cat was a nine year old gelding with 30 Stakes Race wins. He came in a very close second in the Maryland Million, getting beaten at the wire by Jacks in the Deck.
On May 1, Bens Cat opened his 10 year old season with a win on the turf at Laurel Park for his 31st Stakes Race win.
I am excited that I may see him race on Black Eyes Susan Day at Pimlico. BES Day is the day for fillies, the Friday before the Preakness, the second jewel of the Triple Crown.
